
This week has been kind of a blah, some really bad days with some okay days. Workouts were good but the eating is what really gets me off track. I need to work on staying focused throughout the week and not just a couple of days before my weigh in.

3.5lbs is my goal for this week and next week so I can hit 150 for Vegas. Let's do it! SEriously, it's our week!

ooh yea! Where do you guys live at there? We should get together for some low fat crepes. Seriously that's all I eat when we go there (not really low fat, but crepes) from Paris. Mmmm! My favorite!

Ashley, hey do you know somewhere on or close to the strip that is a nice resturant with a dance floor (NOT A CLUB)???? Jase said we could dress up one night and go dancing. LMK Thanks...I was just told "gold coast" or "house of blues" or "fontana bar"...do you know anything about any of them???
