Okay so here is my starting picture for the 8 week challenge.

weight 203.8

By the end of the 8 weeks I will be wearing size 14 pants and weighing 190 pounds. I am not in this competition to win it I just want some motivation to keep on going and some more accountability. The first few days of this challenge were really hard I just was not mentally in it. But I am feeling more in control with my eating and even though I threw out my back this week I feel good. I am not stuffing my face with food constantly and I feel lighter emotionally because I have some self control. I really want to get to my goal weight this year so next year I can get pregnant and feel healthy and not like a big huge cow all the time.
