Pregnancy Weigh Ins

I want to keep track of my pregnacny weight so I can hopefully keep a handle on it this time around.

Conception Weight 185 lbs
9 weeks 183 lbs
15 weeks 194 lbs


Goal gain a total of 30 lbs or less.
Workout 3 times week.

NEW GOAL

Until I get pregnant my new goal is to weigh 169.

Trigger foods that are not allowed are cookies, brownies, and peanut butter.

Back to the 190's

I am so upset at myself I have been gaining weight for the last 11 months and I am done with gaining. I hate the way I feel about myself my clothes are so uncomfortable. I don't like to be naked in front of my husband anymore. I don't like to go out and be around skinny people. I want to get preganant again I want to feel good about having a baby growing in my body. Even when I get preganant I will continue to exercise and eating healthy in small portions. I want my mind and body back I have taken it away with horrible eating habbits and depression. I will conquer I am in control of my destiny my mind is the mose powerful tool I have and I am determined to use is for good.

Goals:
Blog 2 times a week about prgress.
Once a week picuters even if I get pregnant.
Run at least 3 times a week.
Gym 3 times a week
Bike 1-2 times a week.
Jounal food every day for the complete day.
Attend my W.W. meetings.
