Week 2

I am so happy I lost 3 lbs this week. I had a few bad days but I also had a few really good days. What seemed to help was pre planning all my meals for the day and writing it out and also making dinner. I am really excited to go back to Weight Watcher's soon 2 more weeks until I can actually diet and workout. I was able to walk 5 times this week.

Goal for next week start measuring out my food continue to walk and write down my food each day.

Week 1

So I maintained my weight this week and I am happy with that. I would have loved to have lost weight but with Easter and the candy that comes along with that it was a challenge and I had a couple of not so good eating days along with that. I was able to journal my food most of the time.
Plan for this week is only eating 5 times 3 meals and 2 planned snacks a day and no more grazing. I will be walking my son to school again so that will be 2 miles a day 5 times a week. I was so excited today I actually did a little jogging. I am trying to teach my 5 year old how to ride a bike so hopefully I can do that everyday next week too.

Starting Weight

Okay so my starting weight is 225. I would like to lose 10 lbs with this competition. I am trying to keep things simple since I really shouldn't be dieting or exercising right now since I am only 2 weeks postpartum. The reason I am doing this is I know I could be eating better and if I am not held responsible I will start gaining weight like I did after I had my second child.

I want to wish everyone luck in getting healthy and feeling better about themselves here is to a healthy new me and keeping the weight off.
