Week 2

I am so happy I lost 3 lbs this week. I had a few bad days but I also had a few really good days. What seemed to help was pre planning all my meals for the day and writing it out and also making dinner. I am really excited to go back to Weight Watcher's soon 2 more weeks until I can actually diet and workout. I was able to walk 5 times this week.

Goal for next week start measuring out my food continue to walk and write down my food each day.
