So I am feeling very vulnerabletonight. I am hungry and I just want to eat everything in sight good thing I don't have anything supper yummy in the house or it would be gone. I really want to reach my long term goal of 150 but sometimes it is just so overwhelming to know that I am 69 lbs away from that right now. So I really need to start making weekly goals to keep me going even daily goals for days that I know are going to be challenging.
Weekly Rewards
Lose 1 lb- Can get frozen yogurt once during the next week.
Lose 2 lbs- Get $25 for clothing.
Lose 3 lbs- Get $50 for clothing.
Daily Rewards-
Keep within daily allotment of points and write everything down.
Okay so I at a loss of what to reward myself with for this one but I really need something to keep motivated.
One day at a time I can do anything I put my mind to.
