Well it took 12 weeks to lose 10 pounds but the important part I did it. I have recently made some new goals. Wait for it okay I am giving up soda and chocolate. WOW it is going to be rough I am really scared about not being able to have chocolate chip cookies but in the long run I know it will be best to just stay away from it for a year. I really don't have a problem with soda I just usually drink it when I have pizza or drink my husbands when we eat out. So it will be a good way to just cut out extra calories and get t0 my goal faster. Here are my pictures hopefully you can tell a difference. I see it in my face the most and my mid section is slightly smaller.
