Since this contest will be over in about 6 weeks I need to set some short term goals. So that I can get the most out of this experience.
1st- I do not want to gain during the next 6 weeks.
2nd- Get down to 160 pounds that is 13.6 lbs more.
3rd- Get into a size 10.
4th- Win this competition.

Great goals. Um, I have to tell you, your hard work motivated me this morning. I went to my aerobics and I had so much energy because I did pilates before, and I went all pumped, then about half way through I started dragging,then I pictured you and all your working out and kicked it up a few notches. Keep up the hard work!!!
