Spin

So if anyone has taken a spin class they know what I am talking about it is super intense. So that last song in class you go balls to the walls and leave everything you got in the form of sweat on the ground. It is such a rush you feel like you can do anything but then I get so overwhelmed I start crying. Okay so I know I am an emotional women but really come on, crying during a spin class. Good thing the lights are off and by the time the lights come I can pass the tears for sweat.

I get emotional when I work out, too! It's really weird, but I think I'm just so proud of myself at that moment that I just start crying and thinking,"I CAN do this!" I cry at everything, though.
Balls to the walls. That's funny.

I can NOT doing spinning! Kudos to you and your biken family. I ride my little cruiser around town a couple times a day (with a 28lb weight on front...Boston and a 37lb weight on back...Kamryn) and it KILLS my thighs the next day, and I have to put my legs out for bossy's seat in the front, so it really works my jiggly inner thighs, but yeah, not NEARLY as intense as a spinning class. Those kill!! Good job. Oh, and I only get emotional when I watch stupid Idol gives back! Blah!

Ok I cried in spin once, but it was only after I got off the bike to get water and my knees buckled and I fell on my butt in front of everyone, that was my one and only spin class, I loved the burn and I could feel it working, but I was mortified. Keep up the good workd.
