Refocus

I need to refocus. I have had two really bad days. I just can't seem to stop eating sometimes. I do so well and then I start to overeat and sabotage my weight loss.

So tomorrow I will wake up a 6:00 a.m. go running then come home and have oatmeal. That will get me headed in the right direction. But then tomorrow is date night and we are trying a new restaurant but I know what I need to do to be successful.

Thanks so much for all your kind words. I so need to refocus too!! I do the exact same thing. I want to loose weight, but I don't want to give up all the delicious wonderful stuff that is so horrid for me to eat. I just have to ask myself what I want more {sometimes, it's the food!} Good luck and We'll do it together!!!

That's a great idea!! Have you ever tried agave. It is really good on oatmeal and tastes sweet but is a natural form of sugar. I know my kids have a hard time eating oatmeal and that helps them to enjoy it.
