I was so proud of myself last night at school I walked into the Student Unioun and they were giving away Free donuts. I even went over to the box and the nice lady said "Help yourself they are Free" I said "I think I will pass" how awesome is that I can do this and be very successful. I am really trying to kick things into gear I want to lose more than 2 lbs a week.
On the days that I can't make it to the gym I wake up early to go running. I have to wake up at 4:50 (in the morning) so I can run 3 miles before my husband leaves for work. I have done it twice this week so far and plan on doing it Saturday too. I want to start doing it on the days that I go to the gym too, but let me slowly work my way up to that. I love to sleep. But I love losing weight more.

Wow, good job with the donuts and the workouts! I could NOT convince myself to get up that early. I am a different person when sleeping- more lazy than I even am when awake! (:
Seriously good job with the donuts. Free food is a big downfall for me. I always feel like if it's free, I shoudl eat it..like at parties and shiz, so good job! And you sound like me 2 days a week. We have to get up before 5 to workout before Jase has to leave for work. But the other 3 days, not til 6. When I work out earlier though, it makes me not want to work out anymore throughout the day.BUt I guess I didnn';t workout til 6 today and here I am on my fat butt typing! Blah!
You go girl! I know how hard it is to pass on something that good -- I'm faced with this every time I work -- but let me tell you, after the first time, you feel so empowered and can do it over and over and every time gain a little bit of self-esteem. Yes, it is that dramatic for me. But I REALLY love food!
