Okay so I did really good Wed, Thur, then Fri-Sun I was so bad, then back on track Mon and Tues. So I guess maintaining for the week is better than gaining. I really just want to get to my goal already it seems like this weight-loss journey is never going to end.
Goals for the week lose 3 pounds and keep track of my food intake during the weekend.

I think you are amazing, I appreciate the comment. I don't know what my deal is, I have been in this rut for months, I did so great for so long and then pretty much since the firstB.L comp I have just wanted it bad and worked out, but then sabotage myself with my eating. WE CAN DO THIS! Seriously I gain back like almost everything I lost every week and have to practically starve and workout big time MON nd Tues to get back so I don't have to ppost too bg of a gian, I hate it, I just wish I didn't have wieght as one of my issues in this life, but I guess it is better than a lot of other things I can think of. Ok good luck this week.
