Okay so my starting weight is 225. I would like to lose 10 lbs with this competition. I am trying to keep things simple since I really shouldn't be dieting or exercising right now since I am only 2 weeks postpartum. The reason I am doing this is I know I could be eating better and if I am not held responsible I will start gaining weight like I did after I had my second child.
I want to wish everyone luck in getting healthy and feeling better about themselves here is to a healthy new me and keeping the weight off.
If these pictures pictures do not motivate me to get off my rump and do something I don't know what will.

oh gosh ashley! You look great for being TWO WEEKS postpartum!!!! Plus, um, you're 2 weeks postpartum, your weight is going to drop off easy these next few weeks! I really don't htink you look bad...but I'm really glad you're doing the challenge with us!!!!
You look so good, but just think how sexy you will feel and look when you rock back into your grove! I'm so proud of you. You are my motivation, thank you for starting me on my journey. We will definatly do the Thanksgiving one, YEAH! Good luck sis!
Glad to see you back again! And don't feel bad, you had a reason to gain weight -- you had a baby! I'm just still fat.
