I am getting frustrated I just want to lose faster. I have been been dropping weight consistently but it just seems so hard and slow. I need a big weight loss this week. Now I only have two points left for the whole day. It is going to be another long night at school with lots of temptations. Those are size 10 pants. Never been that size before well in my teen and adult life that is.

I got a 5 lb chunk of fat in the mail (a replica) it is gross. Maybe Callie will show it, Carrie took it with her to Hawaii today.
Look at the butter and see how much a quarter lb. is. Even .2 is alot. Keep it up. It is a forever thing-the good eating habits.

size 10 was such a big thing for me. All of my cute college pants were size 10 and i just wanted to fit into them for years...then when I finally did, I realized they were high waisted and out of style...so I got to buy new ones!!! Um, so you're half way to your size 6! Good job!!!! And when I thought I was in 1st, I kinda slacked a bit, but now that I redid the percents...and you're in first. I am going to be SUPER strict...which is good, I only have 5 more weeks to tighten this flabby gut! GOOD JOB! Keep motivating all of us!

Once again, I am a big fan of the workout log. I like knowing what you did to get to where you are. Each time I shop, I can't help but notice all the cute stuff is a size 10!

You are such a motivation to me!!! You are almost to my weight 162...but you look so much better than me; I'm jealous. I'm kicking my but in gear this week-just keep the triathlon in mind! You can do it!!!
