Training Log

Training log for the week of 6/23-6/29.

Swam- .75 miles
Cycle- 10 miles
Ran- 22.4 miles

I did a total of 13.25 hours of activity. Two days of weight lifting and StairMaster. I did pretty good for being out of town for the weekend.

not PRETTY good, dang good! I probably got in 7 hours of workout last week...blah! And I'm only off to 2 this week..double blah!
