Well I really want to hit my 25lb weight loss this week even though it is Thanksgiving week. The one thing in the back of my mind is one person that told me Thanksgiving week is a bad week to lose weight. Well let me prove to you that it does not matter what time of year it is I will lose the pound and a half this week that I need to hit 25 lbs and I will lose 30 lbs by Jan. 1. I am stronger than any temptation you can put in front of me. I am excited to be able to start running again soon. I think that once I am down about 15-20 more pounds my knee will be able to support my body running. There is a half marathon in February and I would love to be able to run it with my friends. I know that is really pushing it but it would be great.
Drink more water.
Track everyday.
Up my activity.
