I can not believe how easy it comes back on when it is so hard to get off. But trust me it could have been worse. I am waiting for the day when being skinny will be the easy thing to do and not a constant struggle. I know it is all up in my head and someday it will click I am sure of it.
Any way I am back on track. I think the only extravagent thing I have planned this week is a pint of golden spoon for my birthday on Friday. I am doing the Core plan and love it so far.

So I want more info so I can get some of the girls at the gym in on this so there is more money in the pot for me to win:) I also think I am going to run the half marathon in November here in TX. It sounds great!
yay! I'm glad you like Core, I'm sure it'll help your energy if you even had a problem with it. It's such a healthier plan than flex. And good for you for letting yourself have some golden spoon for your bday. Sadly, i let myself hae whatever I wanted all day...needless to say, no weight loss that weke. Ha! But I'm with you, I was talking to Jase about how easy it comes back on, and he said (in his doctorly manor) "once your body gets toa weight and stays there for a few months, it'll get comfortable there, and it will be A LOT harder to put weight on. So I'm hoping to get to 145-150 and stay there til Christmas, so hopefully I won't pack on TOO much with next year's pregnancy. Sounds like we are A LOT in the same boat. We'll make it though, then we'll be skinny girls for life!
Um, and 168 is NOT 23lbs up like you wrote on my blog! You're still doing awesome! Weight that comes off as quickly as those last 7 of the challenge will of coarse come back just as easily. You know this as well as me since we've both taken the LONG route to take off our weight. The quick lbs come back quick the slow ones stay off.
