
I think I have eaten more in the last 5 days than I did the whole competition. I have been so sick and I don't even enjoy most of the junk food I have been eating. I desperately need to get back on track. My rolls seem to be multiplying instead of disappearing.
What to do? Get back on track. I am going to stick to raw foods today and maybe tomorrow. Then I am going to switch to the Core plan on Weight Watcher's. I think switching to Core is really going to help jump start my weight loss. I went back to the gym today for a killer work out. I never actually stopped going I just didn't do a whole lot while I was at the gym. Tonight I will take a bike ride with the kids.
I can't wait to be skinny and healthy.

Ups and downs haunt us. The problem is we are the only ones that can make a difference. No one else puts the food in our mouths. Eat to live!!! Not live to eat. You get back on track girl. You can do it.
Ashley, it really does suck how fast we can pack it back on, when it takes months and months and years to get it off. I gained 10 since my lowest weight, which is how much I lost in 2 months!!!! blah! I'm determined to get down to at least 145 before Jamica. I'm glad you're still posting, it keeps me motivated to know that you're still working at it. Good luck with the core plan. It is defaintely the healthier of the plans, I just wasn't discipled enough to do it. I just restarted SB for the 3rd time today. SO far so good...and I started my work outs again, which I LOVE. Keep posting through september. We'll be sexy 6's in no time (I'm back into solid 8's)

alright Ashley, I know you have this competative drive in you like I do. When i come back from Jamaica, I KNOW I'll be back in 10's. You'll be in 12's, and we both want 6's. I want it by October. I have a girls trip to Texas, and in November I have a sister's trip to NYC. Let's do it. Don't freak out about your weight right now. Just get back in the mode, then come September3rd, it's go time! We can do it.
