Rules

I have to give myself rules to live by while dieting or else I am easily distracted by food and laziness.

1. No eating after 7:00
2. Go to bed by 10:00
3. Complete all planned workouts.
4. Do not go over my 35 weekly allowance points.
5. No peanut butter. The stuff is the devil in disguise.

AMEN to the Peanut butter comment. Luckily on SB I can have no sugar added peanut butter...it's just peanuts and a little salt and strangly, I like it. I add xylitol (the "healthy" artifical sweetner) and it's the only way I can down celery...which is the angel in disguise.
Great goals. I'm like you, if I don't set down some laws, I go crazy. My laws til I leave are to only ahve these cinch shakes for dinner...so far so good, and it's helping. They are just a meal replacement shake by Shaklee...which is supposed to be healthier. They are SO good though, SO GOOD! They also have protien shakes that I sometimes do for breakfast, they are good, but not as rich and chocoaltey as the cinch shakes. My friend (super skinny) said she's beend rinking the strawberry ones forever and that she likes them even better, but I've been chocoalte deprived so long that that is the flavor I'm going with for now.

Good goals. We all need to be so disciplined. Everyone would be better off. I have to quit making desserts. Thought I would be ok, but find myself picking and the entire row is gone befor I know it.
How many do you have for the BL this Sept?
